How to Call
- When your call connects, you will hear an automated message in Japanese.
- Depending on what you are calling about, press "2" or "3".
- After pressing a number, you will be connected to an operator.
- Tell the operator your preferred language in English.
- The operator will transfer you to the interpretation center. Please stay on the line.
- After you are transferred, you will be able to have a three-way conversation with an operator through an interpreter.
